Tradition lives on
Centuries ago, persons such as Charles de Geloes, the Marquis of Grimaldi, and Countess Isaure of Geloes used to indulge their guests of the castle with rich food, wine and ambience. This is still the case today, although the host has changed. How little things have changed over time!
