The day began with a formal program in one of the castle's distinctive rooms. Presentations, reviews, and outlooks alternated in a setting that offered tranquility, space, and focus. As soon as the official part was over, the atmosphere changed effortlessly.
The program continued with an informal walking buffet. No fixed tables, but space to move around freely, catch up, and meet each other. Small, refined dishes were passed around, the pace became more relaxed, and the conversations more personal.
